First, screen the project information under the guidance or leadership of the investment director, and extensively contract projects to assist the Investment Management Department in carrying out related post-investment management work. 4) Establish a good relationship with people in the industry in the field you belong to, understand the links in the industry chain, explore investment opportunities in the industry, and provide resource integration opportunities and opinions for companies that have invested or are planning to invest. 5) Post-investment project tracking, assist the project leader in the post-investment management of the project. 6) Keep abreast of industry information in a timely manner, grasp the most cutting-edge trends in the industry, and research and organize the industry.

1) With 1-3 years of PE investment related work experience, those with relevant industry entities engaged in R&D and market experience are preferred (no investment experience is acceptable), and those with work experience in accounting firms, securities firms, and well-known private equity institutions are preferred; 2) Bachelor and master's combined professional education background is preferred; 3) CPA, lawyer, CFA qualification certificate is preferred; 4) Fully resistant to pressure, and full of enthusiasm for the investment industry.
