Hydraulic motors and foam pumps can choosea variety of positive displacement fluid machinery, but to achieve accurateproportioning rate over a wide flow range, the most advanced combination isthat the sliding vane hydraulic motors and piston pumps .
The principle of the water-turbine drivenpump proportioner is very simple, and the same as production process , but itis very difficult to achieve a wide range of flow, long service life, strongliquid absorption ability and low pressure loss.
Water-turbine driven pump proportioner becauseof the volume type mixing, in the case of using piston pump, can be applied toall types of foam agents. This is one of the obvious advantages of thisproportioner , and another is that the proportioning rate can be tested without producing premix, which saves foam and is environmentallyfriendly .
